Rapper T.I Back in Jail 2011

It’s been just one day since rapper TI was released from prison after serving 10 months in custody for a 2010 drug conviction and he’s already back in Federal custody.
The details surrounding the incident are vague but the official website for the Federal Bureau of Prisons says that TI’s status is “in transit.”

According to his attorney, Steve Sadow, the famous rapper was taken back into custody on Thursday after he arrived at an Atlanta halfway house to serve his sentence in a souped-up luxury bus. Sadow seems to think that TI’s method of transportation had something to do with the incident.
“We don’t have any more details at this time. We are awaiting the opportunity to quickly resolve whatever the issue may be that the Federal Bureau of Prisons has with T.I.’s method of transportation,” Sadow told RadarOnline.com. “So that T.I. can return to the halfway house to complete the remaining days of his sentence.”
Federal Bureau spokeswoman Traci Billingsley said she could not comment on the incident or where the rapper was taken afterwards. No one knows if he’s back in jail or not.
When he was released on Wednesday, TI tweeted “The storm is over & da sun back out. IT’S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!! Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!!”
Here’s hoping everything works out!
